Members from the Zonta Club of St. Catharines are involved in various community events and activities that benefit the St. Catharines community at large throughout the year. One such activity includes collecting toiletries and distributing them to local women’s shelters in our city.  Also, at Christmas club members donate money to purchase grocery store gift cards that are delivered to Community Care for disbursement to needy families in the community.

Other examples include the Rankin Cancer Run and Take Back the Night march. Club members participate in the Rankin Cancer Run to raise funds for cancer related programs in the Niagara region. Members rally against sexual violence as part of the Take Back the Night initiative of the Niagara Regional Sexual Assault Centre.
